Bearing in UCFL Housing
Bearings in UCFL type housing consist of ball bearings with an inner ring, mounted in an elongated, two-part housing made of gray cast iron. The housing has two mounting holes, allowing for compact attachment to flat surfaces where there is no space for larger bearing units.
UCFL bearings allow for slight self-alignment, simplifying installation and ensuring reliable operation even with minor misalignments. In most cases, they are equipped with a lubrication opening that allows for regular maintenance. The fixation of the bearing on the shaft is done using a screw fastening on the inner ring.
